Hi,

Several of my filled regions in my details are disappearing when I convert them from Revit 2009 to AutoCAD.

Has anyone else had this problem and have any insight?

The filled regions look perfectly fine in Revit. All their perimeter lines and fills leave are whited-out once in AutoCAD--as if someone took a bite out of the drawing.

our filled regions (i dont use masking region, just filled region with opaque white "pattern") and they always show up as 100% solid in regions in autocad

never really liked it, but i dont have to work with it, so it doesnt bother me that much
really hate the way it looks for details though (as i prefer stacking filled regions rather than 100 unconnected lines...

did you change your autocad output settings from the defaults?

I couldn't see which AutoCAD conversion settings I should change. I didn't see anything indicated specifically for filled regions.

The weird thing is I subsequently redrew the filled regions on top of the old ones (that hadn't translated properly), and the new ones translate fine.

Things that make you go hmmmmmm.....
