Relinquish All Mines?

Is there a way to force a user who has not relinquished what they have checked out? One of our users did not relinquish all and has left for the day. I'm pretty sure this could happen again and would like to know if there is a way around this? Thanks!

You can log-in with that username in Revit>Options open the file and relinquish.

Other than that, you just have to rule with and iron fist and enforce your STC/relinquish
procedures, with some consequences for those who do not comply.
