I have a Revit building file with our mechanical consultant's MEP file linked in.
They use mechanical equipment and other families with little arrows indicating air flow out of the equipment. If I open one of these families, the arrow appears to be a Generic Annotation nested into the equipment family.
So then if I try to uncheck the Show Annotations for that linked file, the arrows still show up. If I turn annotations back on for the linked file, and then turn off Generic Annotations individually for the linked file, the arrows go away.
Why do they not turn off then I uncheck the Show Annotations option?
