create footprint roof w/o using slope arrow

can anyone create the following roof by:
1) use footprint only.
2) not use slope arrow.
3) one single roof prefered, but two separated are also OK.

the reason is current API cannot embed slope arrow info. into footprint roof profile / parameters (i still have to confirm w/ Autodesk later).

The only other way to my knowledge is to offset the gable end 1/8" or so in order to get additional slope lines.

tested, can offset as small as 1/32", not perfect, but it solve my problem.
