Where can someone ask techinical questions about Robot Structural Analysis. With etabs / sap / safe you can ask csi and someone from their technical support staff will give you an answer. If their is a problem with their software they will fix it and in their release notes they will refer to your issue number.
Does robot have this level of support? Or, do they try to push the question through their resellers like they do with AutoCAD? From my experience these resellers do not have the technical experience to deal with these problems.

I ask support through the subscription by sending an e-mail.
I had a question about some analysis issues some weeks ago, i've sent an e mail and after two days i had a very well documented answer from autodesk.

That's correct. You can get technical support through Subscription Center. You need to have a valid subscription contract.
