How to use keynoting without the text file

Is it possible to tag materials with a keynote but type in a note in the identity field of the material and have that note show up in the material legend instead of picking one from the CSI txt file. I cannot seem to get it to work.

I don't think so using Keynotes; but try using a Symbol & Noteblock instead.

You can also use the Description parameter of a family to enter a keynote and then make a tag for that parameter.
