The difference between the two images is this... I created the stairs using boundary and risers.I created from level A to level B but it was ment to be from ground to level A...
So when I finished, I went to it's properties and wrote from Level A -1.50m to Level A... The second image shows what happens... I always have problems with such stairs and I think it is not me... I hope the new release can handle this better.

Do you have similar "crazy" cases?

Stairs are one of those elements that if a level modification has to happen, it often makes more sense to simply rebuild the stair. Locations and # for the boundary/riser are set in plan, and don't always neatly correspond to the new vertical data.
I would recommend either:
a) Edit the sketch, set the new vertical information there, then re-finish the sketch
or
b) Rebuild the stair

Hope that helps,

and it might be better to go from one level to the next, both with offsets. Try it and see if that helps. (Rather than Level A to A with offset, go from A to B with offsets)
