Hi all,
First time posting, i need a little help in determining if i am on the right track.
I have an existing survey of a mound of earth which i imported into Civil3D and converted it to a surface with no problems. I was also able to create a base surface and do a volumetric analysis between the two.
What i now want to do is add a new mound of material onto the existing mound slope within confines of this site.
The reason being to determine how much more material i can fit onto the site up to a fixed elevation.
I someone could help me to determine the correct sequence of events i will have to complete in civil 3d to achieve this it would be much appreciated.
I feel this should be reasonably easy to complete but the tutorials tip etc i have found to date dont give me the full picture i am looking for.
Thank you to anyone who can help.
