Downloaded Door Families not shoing up

When I download "cased opening" door types, I can't find them in either the type selector or the "families" tree in the project browser. Is this a issue anyone else has or is it part of my being a rookie? I get the same results in Revit 2010 ans 2009.

Perhaps they are not door families, but Openings?

Or, perhaps they are door families which have only the opening cut and perhaps
some trim, with no door leaf or frame. If so, these are not in the Door category, but in the Generic Model category.

Make sure Generic Model category is turned on in the view.
