View Full Version : Center-of-Column visibility?

I have a sloping column mass (see attached) referenced into my project file. In SOME of our sheets a blue line appears that seems to coincide with the column location. I can't seem to turn it on / off and it cannot be selected independent of the column.

A little help:
1 - What is this?
2 - How might I turn it off?

Thanks.
Images of the offending blue lines are attached, as is the column family.

Most likely it's the Analytical Line in the Structural Column Family. Under Visibility Graphics make sure you check the box that is labeled "Show Categories from All Disciplines". Then scroll to find Structural Columns > Analytical Model, uncheck. See if that works for you.

If you already have applied custom visibility setting to the linked file in a view you will need to turn off the Analytical Model in the Revit Links tab of V/G. Also the Analytical Model is a subcategory of Structural Columns, Structural Foundations, and Structural Framing.

Turning off the Analytical Model did the trick!

Sorry for the delayed reply, it's been a crazy few deadlines and this issue was pretty far down the list. Thanks much for the helpful replies...
