A number of machines in our office show remarkable levels of instability in Revit 2010.
Is there any add-on software or any other way (other than manual reporting) to automatically log crashes from all machines in a spread sheet to be able to assess the severety and impact on productivity? Unfortunately error reporting is only sent to Autodesk and not all crashes allow you to report. Some just switches off the machine or closes the software without warning.
I did create an excell spread sheet but better would be a Revit schedule which can be filled in on each restart and then saved to a combined Central file. I am unfortunately not able to create a schedule in which all fields can be manually entered. At least one needs to refer to a family or something in a model. Any advise?
The problem with the excell is an indillegent adherence. Having to open an additional piece of software does not seem to accomodate well with some users any more.
