Sheet notes formatting

When I try to cut&paste shet notes from one project to onother the formatting gets screwed up, has anyone discovered a good method for dealing with this?

I just draw lines on sheet & then line up ~ turn lines off when complete

I agree though big pain ~ Has this been improved in 7.0 yet?

Is there any other useful method?
