There - two clicks, just like you wanted. ;)

That's the best I can do for you. Except to say, make a View schedule, and do all your naming in there. As for creating the views, unless you actually need duplicate with detailing, it's faster to create New Views > floor plans, and apply a view template.

I've been using Revit for over 5 years and forgot about the View > Floorplan command. Man, that saves time.
