wall load computation

Does anybody help me on how to properly compute wall load. I am using AISC code.I have read a certain manual and I was confuse on how he manage to compute wall load because he uses the formula and without any description of symbols. I used to compute wall load by using 2.35kpa masonry both face plastered and to produce the wall dead load I have to multiply it with say 4m as the height of elevation so the output of my wall load was 9.4Kn/m. does my computation correct?
