I can't get logged in at all!!!

I don't get a page saying it unavailable or anything like that.
It just won't take my info.
I can't even retrieve my proper username and/or password in hopes of getting in to reset it.
I tried the online "get help", and I get an error.

Hmmm,..
I can log in with no problems *today*.

HOWEVER, Last week I tried and on one computer it absolutely refused to let me in. I could still get access through my desktop computer where the login/password was saved, but when I tried on a training computer it absolutely would not let me in. I even reset my password, but no effect.

My suggestion would be to try from another computer, or try again later (tomorrow).
You can also call your reseller for tech assistance.

FWIW: Revit does not appear to be available for download yet. sigh.

But i did receive my subscription email saying it was ready for download.

It's ready. I downloaded and installed it yesterday, along with about a billion other people! lol

Ok, i guess that either (1) Autodesk doesn't like me today, or
(2) Revit Arch is available but Revit MEP Suite (which we use) is not yet available.

I think that's it. RAC was released yesterday. I don't think MEP and Structural would be released the same day. That would be a lot of people.

You can go to www.revitarchitecture.com (http://www.revitarchitecture.com) and get direct download links and bypass subscription center.
