Installation of Model Review failed for want of this program. I have downloaded & installed a multitude of variations in an attempt to soothe the savage installation requirements but have been rejected each time. WTF?

I had this on the 2 machines I've installed 2011 on.

I too have this issue. I tried all of the MS fixes, and none of them worked.
