Wall hosted Family not visible???

Does anyone know why this Family is not visible when I place it in a floor plan?

I did not look at the family but the first question is, is it above your cut plane? Look at it in elevation or section and verify it can be seen in the plan.

Second question is, do you have the category on in the plan view in VG?

I would say the same. Wall hosted families should have a default height for placement in plan views.
