I've recently moved my tool palettes to the network. After doing so, the images take a long time to load. That's not a huge problem since I may open Autocad 2 or 3 times a day (it's always running). My biggest problem is when closing a drawing, it takes about 5 seconds, when before it was instant. I know it's the Tool Palette because I moved them back to the C drive and no lag. Any ideas as to why this is happening and any fixes would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Michael

Doesn't look like any one has a solution but I've noticed that it only hangs on the last drawing being closed and also only if Tool Palettes have been initiated during the current session.

I've begun keeping a blank drawing open so that when I close other drawings, I won't get a lag. And if I plan on doing work that doesn't require the tool palettes, I will start a new Autocad session.

When you moved the tool palettes (I'm assuming ATC files), did you move the Images folder as well?

Yes, everything associated with the Tool Palettes. I also changed the Tool Palette path in options to just see the network path.
