help getting started

I'm just starting out on revit architecture (using the 08 program) and have gotten almost half way through the tutorial, but have a problem now. I'm up to the part where I start inserting doors, but for some reason I cant find the files I need.
They're called:
M_Bifold-4 Panel.rfa
M_Double-Glass 2.rfa
M_Single-Glass 2.rfa
If anyone can help me, that'd be great.

oh, and theres a window too:
M_Casement 3x3 with Trim.rfa

maybe if there's any other in the training files folder (which I'm unable to locate), someone could post them up?

ok, I've figured out what I've done wrong. I've found several files, but only the bifold doors of these ones that i need here...
