Rotation Problem

I have an problem in Auto CAd,
I try to rotate an image, but is imposible,
I rotate the image but everytaim the position of image is same from initial, anyway it is moved in circular way.

I am having the same issue when I copy an excel spreadsheet into Cadd. I copy the excel spreadsheet from excel then I Paste Special / Link to Cadd. The spreadsheet will not rotate. I know there was a command or setting a while ago that would allow you to rotate the image, but cannot remember where or what this command was. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

If you do Paste Special as Autocad Entities, you'll end up with an AutoCAD table - that you can manipulate. OLE has limitations, and you've just hit one of them.
