Revit 2011 won't open

Just downloaded yesterday and the first time I tried to open I get "Revit could not load REVITMATERIALUI.DLL" and the program doesn't open.
Any advice?

Open the .exe file(s) you downloaded with Windows Explorer and see if you can find the missing .dll file.

Could be a corrupt download / lost packet, or you may need to run a "repair" or reinstall
from Control Panel.

Did a complete uninstall/ re-install with a new download application and still having the same issue. Maybe some hardware compatibility issue?? Had 2 versions of Revit on this machine with no problems.
Already found out I can't load autodesk architecture on this machine, (after 4 versions), because my processor's not SSE2 compliant.
I think they're phasing me out.
