OK...I had contact Autodesk about this and they cannot get it to repeat. All 3 machines in my office do this, so either it is something during loading, or one rather large coincidence.

Whenever I open AutoCAD (2009 and newer, currently 2011) the Recent Documents area shows nothing but the recent Sheet Sets. If I opened 15 drawings the day before and not one sheet set, the list is still populated with nothing but the recent sheet set activity.

Has anyone come across something like this?

The only fix is to close she Sheet Set Manager down before quitting AutoCAD, then open the SSM back up when I open AutoCAD again.

Thanks for the help.

I have this same problem. All 9 recent documents are sheet sets.

Jimmy posted how to clear the recent documents of both. I do not mind my sheet sets there and I do not want to clear out my recent drawings. I just want them listed in order at least. The problem that I see is the AutoCAD considers the recent sheet sets as recently opened documents and "reopens" them when the Sheet Set Manager is opened.

I don't often use the recent documents list, but I'm seeing the same thing here. No matter how many dwg's i've opened, whether from the SSM or the Open dialog, dst files are filling the list of recent documents, including sheet sets I haven't opened for weeks
