Is there any reason why model lines would show up on one persons PC/model and not on another's. Assuming the model has been synchronized and reloaded. It seems like it would be a system setting, but I don't know if that's possible, everything should be saved in the views. Thanks.

Unless the model lines are on a workset that one person has unloaded and the other hasn't? If you open the file using last workset settings you will continue to see the same difference between machines. Maybe? ;)

They may also be hidden or turned off on in VG on the other person's machine?
