When will Autodesk update the look and feel of Robot 2011 to match that of Autocad 2011 and Revit 2011? The menu structure of Robot 2011 has the look and feel of much older programs.
Also, what plans does Autodesk have for Robot 2011 for the next 5 years?

Obviously Autodesk will try to reduce it to some kind of a plugin to Revit. But then it will prove to be too much programming effort and they will ditch it altogether.

I don't think so, I think they want users be able to export their BIM models to any analysis software. Though it is pretty useless now.

i hope to sell it and the new owner will take some really serious care about the real engineer problems. because so far, under the autodesk ownership, program turns to a total waste of time and money investment for the users

I see an international consensus all around this statement. But with the spending spree that they are on, this is hardly possible. Robot has always had the best integration with Revit and all that BIM ****, so there's no way they ever release it to anywhere.
