Exit Sign Symbol not visible in RCP

Does anyone know why when I place this Exit Sign Family on a wall, it is not visible in RCP?

I don't have time to open your family and look at it...but have you checked the usual suspects? View Range, Visibility/Graphics settings (make sure the Exit sign's category is checked on), are there any custom parameters that may be set to a view filter preventing wall mounted elements from showing in your view, does the family have visibility settings that prevent it from showing in plan/RCP?

The exit sign shows up in the RCP within the family.

I loaded into a project, and it is below the View Range of the RCP in the project,
which defaults at 7'-6"--so lower the View Range and it should show up.
