Equal Dimensions

How do you activate the equal dimension property for grouped dimensions?

I notice it will only appear on some dimensions but not all.

Providing you are dimensioning to faces and not points, the EQ should always appear. Sometimes it might be out of the view you are currently zoomed into and have to search to find it...
