Just a quick question to find out other peoples approach to covering the underside of stairs or boxing in services etc.
Would you use inplace? What catergory? Straight sketch or ref structure?

One good method would be:
Use a compound gyp. bd. and stud ceiling, with slope arrow.

The attached shows an example where the stairs break into the next room. I just used inplace extrusions. It's this sort of scenario where I am looking for best practice. Would you use wall and ceiling instances to build this?

Yes, we would use walls and ceilings--like it would be built on the job.
cheers
