Edit Family From 3d

Is there really no way to edit a family by selecting it in a 3d view, or am i missing something?

Can't do it from a perspective (camera) view

I didn't think so. I just thought maybe i was missing something because it seems like a rather simple thing for the program to be able to do, but what do i know...

You can select the family and edit it's properties in a camera view, but not open it for editing in the family editor.

In non-perspective/camera 3D views, you can do both.

It would be nice to have more functionality in camera views.
