DWF Composer will not print "Current View"

I inserted an image (TIFF) in the composer and saved it as a DWF. I added a change and a revision cloud with the markup tools. Printing offers two options: Full Page or Current View. Printing Full Page on any of our printers (HP5, HP 1055) works great. Printing the current View (zoomed in) generates a page with my markups only. No image.
What can I do to correct this? Help will be greatly appreciated.
