I get this error every time I open Revit Structure 2011:
The ArchVision Content Manager reported an error while processing this request. Make sure that you have the latest version of the ArchVision Content Manager. If you receive this error with the latest ACM contact ArchVision Technical Support at http://acm.archvision.com/support.
Does anybody else get this error? I seem to be able to work in Revit just fine, but I would like the error message to go away.
I did download the latest version and installed it, which did not help. When I go to their support page it tells me I have to register and log in to submit a support request. But, when I log in, it just appears to tell me to go where I already am and I do not see anything about submitting a support request. Then I realized the web link is a little different and is actually another page. I go there and try to log in, but it will not let me. Thinking I have to register again, I try that and now instead of just simple login info, username and password, now they want my name, address, phone, etc., which I really don't feel like filling out. I'll register, maybe, in a few days, if nobody here has an answer for me.
