civil 3d crossing pipes not showing up on profile view

i have several crossing pipes along a main line. some crossing pipes show up on the profile view but some do not. i have no idea what is triggoring this. any help ? thanks

Does your alignment cross all of these pipes? C3D only cuts pipes where the alignment crosses.
