We are currently running Autocad 2004, behind the times, I know; but when I go to mirror mtext, rather than mirroring the text, it rotates it. This is when Mirrtext is set to "0". Any ideas of how to remedy this. It doesn't do it with dtext, but I don't want to explode all of the text and lose the formatting.

It would look like rotation, since the text will remain "upright", along the mirror plane.

It doesn't look like it's rotated, it actually is rotated. When you click on properties, the rotation is 180. When I copy the text into a new drawing, it actually mirrors correctly for me.

Is the original file set up with a weird UCS or DVIEW->TWIST? I have no idea if this is the problem but that's the first thing I'd check since it works fine in another drawing.

Maybe we can figure out if you post the offending DWG?
