Is there a way to turn off a portion of a wall (see attached image) in plan? I only want to show the CMU wall and not the veneer in our slab plan.

The only suggestion I can give is to try the Cut Profile tool. I doubt this is going to be worth the time to you but I don't know how important it is to use the actual wall versus just putting down a filled region in the slab plan.

Could modify the wall so that the portion of the wall you want to hide is maybe 1 or 2" above the slab....then set your cut plane for the view just under that...

Or just have a wall type of the structure only on a different workset and use it just for the slab plan....

That said, the Edit Cut Profile tool is probably a good solution to your question,
if you just need that in a particular view.
