I am using Navis Manage 2010 64 bit and when I append a dwg it comes in rotateed 90 degrees. I dont want to have to file transform everytime.

How do you know the drawing is rotated by 90°? Perhaps the other models you have in the file are really the rotated ones. ;)

As Robert mentioned, different file types will import on a different rotation. Are you using any other file types besides DWG? I know from past experience that DWF will come in at a different rotation, but this is easily adjusted. Once this change is saved, the NWF will remember this setting for all future sessions.
Cheers
