Hi everyone
We use Windows 7 Professional 64 bit and Autocad LT 2010.
I have a problem in windows today. When I save any drawing then thumbnail view in folder is not shown. Autocad icon is shown only. No problem is previously.

Go into options, click the Open and Save tab, click Thumbnail Preview Settings and be sure that the "Save a thumbnail preview image" box is checked.

What happens with other file types? E.g. JPG? Maybe your folder view type is set differently (sorry if this is "stupid", I couldn't make out from your OP if this was the case).
Otherwise there may be a corrupt install. Maybe try a repair install of AC? Or have you installed anything else recently? Something like the Drawing Version Icon?

No problem with other file type (E.g. JPG). Problem is Autocad file thumbnail only. There is a no problem until last Friday. Only Solidworks SP3 installed to my computer by administrator last Friday. May be problem that installation?

Solidworks might have overwritten some setting in the registry yes! I know it used to have a DWG viewer, so that may be what's going on. I'd suggest a repair install of ACad, unless you want to hack the registry by comparing between 2 computers.
BTW, it's always a good idea to backup the registry to a REG file before you install anything new. For this very reason
