Has anyone ever had a subregion just go missing? I've got a bizarre situation where a subregion won't show up in any view. I've checked visibility, phasing, etc. I've tried to tab select it without any luck. It doesn't show up with the lightbulb.

How do I know its there at all?
When I edit surface, the points are there and in the correct spot. But even more telling, I can place a building pad there. When I do that and overlap an adjacent subregion, I get some particularly bizarre results (see attached).

Does anyone have any ideas how to get the subregion to come back? Or is this a genuine Revit malfunction?

Well, a coworker playing around with it was able to solve the issue. For some reason, the adjacent brick surface had a duplicate in place, and when he deleted the duplicate the missing subregion came back. I guess the duplicate was causing some weird interference problem.

Ah, I can put off going postal another day...
