Snapping to points

Does someone know why when you draw a reference line you can snap to the intersection of girds but when you try to put spot coordinates at the same location Revit doesnt find the intersection point?

Best answer is BUG, the good news is that when you place the reference plane there the spot coordinate can snap to the point at the end of the RP.
