Revit Arch 2011 ( Linking Schedule )

I am using Revit Arch 2011 and working on scheduling

I am working on creating a data schedule for programming propose, wanted too see

if there is a way too link schedules for instance creating a Room Schedule and then link a ceiling schedule


That would show ROOM AREA– ROOM CEILING HEIGHT – FINISH MATERIAL - that gets generated to one chart.

There is no true link yet between rooms and ceilings.
