Hello,
Before you add mullion you have to add or remove curtain grids manually.
1st - open elevation view
2nd - Delete mullion
3rd - Click Modify/Place Curtain Grid tab|Placement panel
and select One Segment if you want to add a segment one by one
or select All Except Picked if you want to add a new grid line and click on red sketch line to delete a segment
4th - click modify to finish
see example

Modify grid add or delete a grid segment
1st - Modify/Curtain Wall Grids tab|Curtain Grid panel
2nd - Add/Remove Segments
3rd - just click the existing grid line and click where you want to add or remove segment
4th - click out of curtain wall
see example

You have to change the type of the panel because the door and window is special family type for curtain wall.
Use TAB to browse trought the panel deisired and select "curtain wall dbl class" form the sellector type
If you cannot select type (gray color in selector type) It means the panel is locked, You will see a little blue pin. Just click on it to unlock it.
And if you dont find it, you have to load from revit library.
for to fix dimension, normaly, just click the grid line and change dimension but it si depend what kind of curtain wall type you used it.
good luck !
