A storefront is probably a Curtainwall type that has been named storefront. There ist no storefront tool. Curtainwall is a type of family that consists of a grid that can contain mullions on the grid and between the grid lines are Panels that could be glass or any other material or wall type. The curtain grid is the grid pattern of a curtainwall. It can be definied in the curtainwall type as some regular spacing, maximum spacing, etc. Or, it can be completely defined by the user drawing the curtain grid one line at a time.
