Oh great.....another forum I have to add to my list to check! I'm not gonna have any time left for real work!

Just went over there and read some of the latest.....ArchiCAD'ers still stating the same misconceptions: Revit is "too parametric", Revit can't do large projects, and Revit can't do anything but simple geometry.

I get so sick of reading this ****. First reaction: sign up and get myself involved in yet another debate. Second thought: some people are just better off not knowing what Revit can really do. Less competition for the rest of us to deal with.

the forums may be bunk, but the articles and showcases of folks work certainly isn't. I've been reading that site for years, and there is some really good stuff there. Just stear clear ofthe forums, for they don't offer much real info. But man, the articles that they post. I mean, it's where I first heard of Radiance a year and a half ago! :D

BTW, there is a Revit forum there too.... So feel free to post there also (although it seems weird to having to post on ANOTHER Revit forum..) ;)

Hi Richard the Revit forum at cgarchitect is almost dead. No one seems to post new topics there and i supposed that they are now also registered here and directly involved in a very informative and professional discussions here.

That guy is a die hard archicad user no matter what you say he just can't accept the fact that Revit is now overpowering archicad.

I know that he will just shut up once Revit will become the de facto standard and its happening very soon.
