REvision cloud problem - advise please

I keep getting the message : can't add cloud to issued revision. when drawing a new cloud. How do I make the cloud properties the latest revision in the schedule without firts unticking issued revisions?? Do I realy have to untick all the issued clouds everytime until I find the correct one and then retick it once I have been able to change the cloud properties?
