Why does my properties window keep resetting?

Seems like at least once a week I have to reset the position of my properties palette back over to the right side of my screen. Is its position on a per-project basis or something? I just opened and upgraded a 2010 project and the PP was back on the upper left above the PB.

Mine will jump back to "home" from the second monitor, seemingly at random, as does the Project Browser. I believe Autodesk is looking at Properties and Browser that stay where you put them as "Possible functionality to be included in a future build or release". ;)

It was my understanding, from some of the beta testing information, that the PP and PB are supposed to stay where you put them, even on 2nd screens, in this release.
