Pick Line tool & dwg spline?

Hi there.

I have imported a dwg with a spline which I now want to replicate in Revit. Why does the Pick Line tool not allow the selection of the imported spline? Does one have to manually trace the spline?

You would need to convert the spline to polyline in AutoCAD, before importing into Revit. (Right click > Edit spline > Convert to Polyline). Once in Revit, click on the "pick lines" tool, hover on the first segment, hit the Tab key to select all the segments at once, click again, modify, done.
