Recently we had the trial Raster Design 2010 installed on one of our computers currently with AutoCad Architecture 2010 installed. Since then, the drawings cannot be saved and an error message appears:

"One or more objects in this drawing cannot be saved to the specified format. The operation was not completed and no file was created".

We then tried to save the drawing using another computer without the Raster Design and there were no problems saving. We suspect there is a conflict with the images between Raster Design and AutoCad Architecture. Anybody have any idea on how to correct this problem? Much appreciated!

I wish I had a good answer for you. I've had the same problem, but usually I can try to save again, & it works. You might try to save the image, then save the drawing.

It sounds like some parts of Raster Design still remain after you've uninstalled and are still trying to process the image. (I'm assuming you unintalled and that you didn't buy it) You might follow the suggestions for a clean uninstall. Follow the instructions in this tech doc (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=11914531&linkID=9240977). Its for 2009, so the paths will be a little different.

Also, make sure you have unloaded the partial cuix and deleted any raster design related paths from the support files option. This doc (http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS14007823) tells how to add the paths. Just do the opposite.
