Default Family folder

Is there a way I can make my folder of custom families the default so when I load families it goes to that folder instead of the out of the box families folder.

(In 2011) Big R (application menu) > Options > File locations tab > Places > click on (+ Add) Browse for your custom families folder > Move it up on the list. OK to finish.
The next time you load a family, Revit will go directly to that folder.
