Hi guys,

I am making annotative tags out of old blocks that we have at our firm.

The problem I am running into is when I go into my block editor to scale down my tag and attribute definition then save my changes and close block editor, the tag itself scaled down but the attribute definition doesn't change. Nothing at this time is annotative, I haven't gotten that far.

Ive checked my height of text and that changes when I scale down in block editor, so this is not making sense to me and need some help on why it is acting this way and how I could go about fixing this issue. Any input will help. Thank you

I figured it out. Sorry for the useless thread lol.

For the rest that want to know what I did to fix this issue (might be different for someone else), I didn't realize that my attribute definition was under the same text style as my other normal dtext and mtext which are annotative. I would go to the properties of my attribute definition and annotative would be off, but it is still on under text styles.

EDIT: Hint - Home > Blocks > Manage Attributes (in 2010)

Under here go to the block that has the attribute definition(s) and go to edit on which one you want and check my mark 'Annotative' in order to make this work.

That's the BAttMan command. You can do the same from the command line using the AttSync command.
