Publish to web issue

When I used ACAD 2008 it worked fine.

We upgrade to 2009 and I got the follwoubg message.

"DWF6 eplot.pc3 or PublishToWebJPG.pc3 or PublishToWeb PNG.pc3 plotter driver not found. You must reinstall the software."

We have just installed 2011 on new workstations and I still get the same error message.

Although it does work fine on one guys workstation!!!!!

So what driver location(s) are specified in the profiles?
What folders are specified for the plotter support node in Options, Files?

I can get publishtoweb working fine. What I need to know is how to resize the thumbnails. They are way to small.
