Scale for text as in "scale for Dim feature

Plz add same tabs in "TEXT STYLES" as in "Scale for dim feature" i.e.

1. Use overall scale of =====
2. Scale text to layout (PS)

this is a great help to attain the text height automatically same in all view ports and in model too.
