Thin Line (TL) auto on at load?

is it possible to enable it so when a file loads Thin Lines is default to on?

just thought, as i have to type TL everytime i load a drawing anyway.

Originally I thought maybe an .ini file setting but after looking I couldn't find anything of the sort. It would be kind of nice if it remembered your last last setting and loaded that way in the next session.
